CTLE held an online professional development seminar with a focus on effective course design.
Why care about ILOs?
We have interviewed several outstanding teachers who have participated in CTLE’s TPFLCs over the years. We have asked them to share their experiences, reflect on the impact of the programme, as well as talk about their teaching philosophies and the challenges they face in teaching and learning.
CTLE has invited Dr. Deborah Breen from Boston University to share her experience of interactive lecturing.
Led by Prof. Katrine Wong and Dr. Chris Fulton, the forum addressed one of the most pressing challenges facing educators today.
The training aims to enhance colleagues’ teaching skills, with which colleagues will be able to facilitate more effective teaching and learning at UM.
The recipient for the 2023/2024 academic year is Wong Fai, associate professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST).
Over 40 UM academic staff joined the event.
Join us for an informative seminar designed to enhance your understanding of blended learning and get a taster of how an effective instructional video is planned, produced and delivered.
