Every year CTLE organizes Teaching Portfolio Faculty Learning Communities (TPFLC), which aims at helping UM faculty members better document their teaching practice. Over the past few years, many faculty members have participated in this initiative, exchanging ideas with colleagues from different disciplines, developing their own teaching philosophies and methods, and subsequently applying them in their classrooms.

We have interviewed several outstanding teachers who have participated in CTLE’s TPFLCs over the years. We have asked them to share their experiences, reflect on the impact of the programme, as well as talk about their teaching philosophies and the challenges they face in teaching and learning.

Prof. Carolina Ung from the Institute of Chinese Medicine Sciences is an expert in pharmaceutical management. She employs different teaching methods when working with different content and student audiences. Let’s hear from Prof. Ung how she approaches the challenges she faces in teaching.

活用教學檔案優化教與學分享：中華醫藥研究院吳靄琳教授

教與學優化中心每學年舉辦的教師互動小組活動，旨在幫助老師更好記錄自己的教學檔案，從而優化他們的教與學。過去幾年，透過參與本活動，有不少澳大老師與不同學院的同事們交流，發展了更好的教學理念，並將其實行到自己的教學裡。

我們訪問了過去幾年參加了活動的優秀老師們，邀請他們分享在活動中的經驗和影響、他們的教學理念，以及教學中遇到的挑戰。

本次訪問了中華醫藥研究院的吳靄琳教授，來自藥物管理專業的她，採用了不同的教學法應對不同的教學內容和對象，一起來聽聽她在教學上遇到的挑戰吧！
