Every year CTLE organizes Teaching Portfolio Faculty Learning Communities (TPFLC), which aims at helping UM faculty members better document their teaching practice. Over the past few years, many faculty members have participated in this initiative, exchanging ideas with colleagues from different disciplines, developing their own teaching philosophies and methods, and subsequently applying them in their classrooms.

We have interviewed several outstanding teachers who have participated in CTLE’s TPFLCs over the years. We have asked them to share their experiences, reflect on the impact of the programme, as well as talk about their teaching philosophies and the challenges they face in teaching and learning.

As a faculty member of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Frank Gong focuses on educating pre-service teachers. He believes that in today’s world students should pay attention not only to knowledge and skills but also to their learning attitudes. Let’s listen to his insights.

活用教學檔案優化教與學分享:教育學院龔陽教授

教與學優化中心每學年舉辦的教師互動小組活動,旨在幫助老師更好記錄自己的教學檔案,從而優化他們的教與學。過去幾年,透過參與本活動,有不少澳大老師與不同學院的同事們交流,發展了更好的教學理念,並將其實行到自己的教學裡。

我們訪問了過去幾年參加了活動的優秀老師們,邀請他們分享在活動中的經驗和影響、他們的教學理念,以及教學中遇到的挑戰。

作為教育學院的老師,龔陽教授專注培育職前教師,他認為在現今世代裡,除了知識、技能外,學生更要注意自己的學習態度,來聽聽他的分享。
