On 28 April, Prof. Katrine Wong, Director of CTLE, gave a presentation at a webinar, ‘Assuring Online Education Quality in the COVID-19 Period’, organised by Tsinghua University Online Teaching Quality Assurance Expert Group.

Prof. Wong spoke on LMS-enhanced teaching and learning (T&L) at UM, and shared her observations of how the UM community responds and adapts to T&L challenges that have surfaced during the period of COVID-19. One key topic of discussion from the webinar was evaluation of online teaching. Other speakers at the event included leaders and experts from Rice, Queensland, Tsinghua U and Peking U.

4月28日，教與學優化中心主任王嘉祺教授出席了由清華大學在線教學質量保障專家組主辦的的網上研討會，主題為“疫情期間全球大學在線教育質量保障”，會上圍繞在線教學的評估進行討論。

王主任在會上談及了澳大在增強學習管理系統上的教與學情況，並分享她對校內教學社群在新冠肺炎期間的觀察，包括如何應對及適應新的教學方式等。

其他出席研討會的講者包括來自美國萊斯大學、澳洲昆士蘭大學、清華大學和北京大學等高校領導及專家。
