E-Learning Tools like Moodle, OfficeMix, and Poll Everywhere can be used to conduct a variety of engaging pre-class, in-class activities, and post-class activities, including quizzes, discussion forums, and interactive media. To introduce TAs to two UM supported E-Learning tools that support learning, this hands-on session will be skills-based provide hands-on practice setting up discussions and quizzes with Moodle, and feedback and quiz questions with Poll Everywhere. Colleagues from ICTO’s Help Desk will also answer any questions you have about Moodle and provide information on where to get more technical support.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR LAPTOP OR MOBILE DEVICE TO THE WORKSHOP. YOU WILL USE THEM TO ACCESS MOODLE AND POLL EVERYWHERE IN THE HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES.
