Teaching Assistant Training

This training programme is offered once a year to train new graduate students to be more effective teaching assistants at UM. The training is held online and introduces graduate students to core skills of teaching undergraduate students. Topics covered in the training include preparation, teacher-student interactions, lecturing, facilitating in-class discussions, learning strategies in EMI context and e-learning tools. To complete the training, students will watch 6 sessions of video lectures, complete related online activities on UMMoodle and attend an online salon.
